Had a Worcester 24CDI RSF installed into a small flat I used to own, before that it had a old fashioned gravity system with a hot water cylinder. Dispensed with all that liability in the loft, and went for the Worcester as it's one of the few combis that can be adapted for low pressure systems, meaning you can bolt it onto your old rads and fill/ex tank. Never had any problems with it.

Based on what I've read elsewhere on this message board Baxi should stick to back boilers as that's what they do best....their combis seem to have a season ticket for trouble.
