And I have the insulation for the exterior walls
The flashing is all in around the foundation insulation. Clearance is clearance is clearance I guess?

It may only be 20mm think. But the cuboid cave is insulated on the walls. Yay. Now I'm hoping for some cooler weather to get the muck on. Until then, time for some electrics.
It's too hot to render.
Can't roof until walls are finished.
So it's time to start electrics.
So far trunking is in (few more fixings needed) and I've started routing the light conduit.
Conduit in piers all mostly line up with the metalclad... Mostly
Couple of cable outlets to add for the tools and the CU needed, then can get the reels out.

And the ring is in. It's been a long time as a building site, then a cave, but finally it feels like a building.

Looks fantastic.
Possible suggestion. I put an emergency light (connected to light circuit) in my windowless workshop. Decided that if I tripped the lights, with saw still on, and floor covered in trip hazards, I wanted to be able to see route out and where door handle is.
