Worst ISP in the world

Yes you knew it was BT before you even checked this message out. Probably because I'm lazy I'm still with BT but a recent half day on the phone to several incomprehensible Indian gentlemen just to transfer my dial up to a new computer has made me question my sanity.

I now have BT-Yahoo whatever that is - (I had BT Openworld last week which simply opened up to internet explorer) now I have to bypass the BT Yahoo bit which asks me for further passwords, tell the computer that I don't want to hang up my connection and walk thirteen times around a lightning-struck oak before I can get online.

Anybody out there recommend a simple ISP for dial up.

Sounds like configuration problems. Try going to your account on the BT Yahoo website and downloading the dial up software. An alternative that I sometimes use is Ukonline.

Hi, i find Tiscali has quick dial up speeds & doesn't mess with your pc
