WPS with mobile phone?

The set password does not work, neither does the passwords to change password, so only option left is use the WPS option, which worked with laptop and TV, but can't get it to work with Phone.

Unit is a SilverCrest dual-band Wi-Fi range extender SWV 733 A2 with hard wired feed as router other end of house.

Samsung however since the post found the SilverCrest dual-band Wi-Fi range extender SWV 733 A2 had returned to defaults. So up and running again.
