Xella blocks

Hi all,
I'm on with an extension and have done first floor with 4" solid block, I would like to know if it's ok for me to do the upstairs inside skin with the xella thermalite blocks for more insulation. And continue with the concrete solids outside skin.

If it meets the required u-value for the wall, yes.
