Need a bit of guidance here, ex sparkie so not a numpty, well not always :)

Bought a Hive Active Heating 2 CH Only setup.

So I have a dreaded ferolli boiler with universal clock as shown in Image1
Powered by a Switched Spur as shown in Image2. The Grey Cable is the 24v out from the boiler to the room thermostat on image 5, just using the brown and grey. Black is not connected.

What's the best way to do this. Happy to either go with 5 core from Boiler to hive controller or can I use the existing cables in the room thermostat and have the timer clock on constant?

Cheers

FFS What a Forum!!! Nothing like a bit of belittling to make ye feel all important..... for like 5 mins and then reality hits ye again haha.

Cheers Agas, tbh forgot it is just a simplistic device at the end of the day. I know I'm probably over complicating it:D But as I said been out the game thankfully for a long time.
Think I'll just get an engineer to sort it.
