Zone 3 Not defined in 17th edition

Please excuse me for not understanding English correctly, would you please explain what this actually means does it mean the is now no zone 3 and zone 3 becomes zone 2? or is it something else?

Dunno yet.

The 17th edition is still in draft form, and as of yet nothing is decided as to the final content, so anything you may have read may not be included or may be ammended before the final document is published.

The 17th edition is not out yet!! The DPC is for consultation purposes only, it is not a live copy of the regulations.

thanks guys yes i know that, the question was can anyone shed light on what the draft means about zone 3 not being defined, just in case it does get put in there
