why cant I see my pictures?

Did you mean in here:
You need to look up he address of the picture (right click on it and look at "properties"
For example if you meant
www.tea-and-scones-vermont.com/catalog/images/mcvities_digestive.jpg
you should post
[img]www.tea-and-scones-vermont.com/catalog/images/mcvities_digestive.jpg[/img]
and it will look like

you are using Photobucket.
when you are in "my album" or "my subalbum" you should see your pictures, small.
Each will have three boxes under it, marked

click on the box marked "IMG code" and it will be copied onto your clipboard
Then go to where you want to insert it, and press "ctrl v" to paste it
it will look like
[IMG]http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n228/JohnD_UK/EasternMug.jpg[/IMG]
but will display
