How do I wire this 2 port valve into system?

Because the boiler manufacturer tells you it has to come fro T3 L, T4 Sw/L, T5 N.

you only need to send switch live to no.4
3 and 5 are optional.
How many vaillant boilers have you installed exactly? because you maybe making more work for yourself.

No more work doing properly than bodging it.

The boiler needs an LNE, the program needs an LNE, simply to take it from the right connections 345 in the boiler as per the manufacturers instruction.

Where does the boiler get its switch live from in the ch mode ?

lol there's no bodging involved
I'm not gonna argue with you anymore. You don't get it.

To OP, do as I said, all will be fine.

And it will be illegal and not comply with the manufacturers installation manual so the warranty will be invalid, it also fail part P.

absolute garbage. I suggest you go on a vaillant training course where they will tell you that the sl goes to 4, 3 and 5 are optional connections if you choose to use them. I used to do warranty work for vaillant and every single boiler was wired this way. your making yourself look incredibly foolish.

Heard to old saying you can't have heating without hotwater.

If 4 is common then both programs will open the valve, the way you have sketched it.

I have no idea what your on about
It will work fine. Here I'll even explain it for you.

Vaillant boiler needs LNE to operate for HW because its a combi boiler.
When it receives power on no.4 it will operate for heating, no need for 3&5.
Are you with me so far?
Right...when you fit a gravity link in a programmer it will operate for HW only, or HW&Heating. Stay with me here..
So if HW on is connected to terminal 4 then the hw button will always power the boiler on. there's no connection to the MV, get it??
Now, when we press the Heating button, the HW on will also automatically activate, thus operating the boiler from the HW ON and sending power to the MV from CH ON.
There see? simple
If you can't understand that then there's nothing more I can do for you!!

By the way if you missed it earlier, then you realise that this will have the drying room as the HW button and the rest of the heating system of the CH button. Maybe you missed this???

So where are you getting the power for the clock from, why not use 3 & 5 as per Vaillants instructions.

If you do not use 3 and 5 and the boiler has a visit from Vaillant they will not touch it until its wired as per instructions.
