I asked a question about circulating harmonic currents in supply network earth conductors a while ago. Does that make me a bad person for asking my fellow trade professionals a non DIY question on a DIY site?

I think I'd best shut down my account and set fire to my laptop.

i hope you have carried out a risk assesment prior to setting fire to yr laptop.

Do you have the earth conductors connected as a ring? I was alway led to believe that could cause harmonics.....

I am not so comfortable with the laptop on my lap after watching that, I had heard that the batteries can go up, but I never imagined they went Chernobyl style!
