I have no intention of voting on your poll. Yesterday you had a poll on rape which was deleted. Surely even your intellect can see how that is repugnant. Even before I went into your profile (to pick out those posts I quoted and NOT as you infer, because I am a 'douche'), I knew there'd be 'b*****r all on it'. Ah but you're being hard on yourself... you have a 'friend' on there I see. Granted it's the actual 'Forum' that posts itself as a 'friend' into everyone's profile but hey, it's a start and for someone who seems to lack any sense of common decency, at least you can tell people you have a friend.... not that I suppose they'd be in the slight bit interested in your drivel.
BUT you do have my attention skitzee and I know you thrive on attention, so do enlighten me, why did you choose to specifically try and block 'me' from viewing your profile? You must have your reasons. Have we had a 'run-in' before when you used to post as someone else? There must be a reason why you would specific try and block individual members. anyway, back to the question..
I support some of them where the management are making un-fair paycuts or increasing work hours etc, but when it's a strike because they were only offered 3% pay rise and not the 5% they wanted then that's just rediculous..
the don't HAVE to give you a payrise at all.. it's not in any contract that I've ever seen that the pay will increase every year..
anyway, back to the question..

How as it been forced on them if you don't like the terms and conditions leave and find another job.If they are truly concerned get the HSE in and let them guide them.
I won't engage you any further to say that A. I have answered the accusation of lying in the 'Feminist' thread, i will not drag it here and B. I had no idea you were blocked until you brought it up...you are, and you are the only person I have blocked. It must have been because of your behaviour on the SAD NEWS thread., like i said I thought that blocking someone hide any further posts, I can't remember specifically what it was but I must have decided to end the pointless back and forth we still seem to be having.
What they are concerned about is that their terms and conditions are being changed. So the contract they originally signed is being made void and they are being asked to sign another one
