Is anyone aware of or experienced any problems with MEM sockets that were manufactured or installed about 3 years ago ?
I have come across several in the same newish building where the plugtops are a poor fit in the sockets and any movement on the flex results in loss of connection
The quality of the sockets actually looks a bit poor almost like they are counterfeits ? I did not install these sockets.

I have been fitting MEM ones recently, with the logo moulded in the front between the live shutters. These faulty ones also have the logo in the same place, but the rear moulding is different in orientation (L+N swapped sides)
The red indicators on the switches look out of line and like someone has painted them on with nail varnish !

I acually had some on a site we did a PIR on like that - metal clad though.

they were roughly 10 year old I guess, and the N or L was dodgy on many of them.
