Our priority is our customers and the survival of the business.
Without foreign workers on low wages we'd be bust and giving no employment. So which is better?
It's tough I know. Perhaps the government/taxpayer should cough up with the shortfall with a low wage subsidy allowance.
They can just borrow more on the never never to make it work and let future generations pay off the bill.

I dont see too many gas safe immigrants going around ripping people off , it's only English gas engineers who do that!

£350 for 4 hours - i'll have some of that more like £150 a day round here!
i don't rip off anyone - if i did my profit would be more than £5k a year which is what i earnt last year!
pre 2004 i could earn £1k a day now i'm lucky to earn that a week!

i used to!! i lived in Dereham until 5 years ago, no i own the business, just me and the wife helps with the admin side when she can. my nipper comes along to help with any heavy lifts before he goes to work at 2pm (he's a god send in that respect) been busy the last few weeks but have had a tough time getting established again. been in Soton for 3 years and finally getting known.

On the one hand, I agree with you. It has been stated in the press (?) that some of our Polish friends have claimed for children that do not exist.
On the other hand, a friend of mine was in a Doctors surgery recently and heard a young White Mum saying that she wanted to 'pump' out another kid to get a bigger council house. In the meantime, her ' partner' was outside with a can of Stella smoking away.
I am all for immigration, but it must be controlled. As for your doctrine Re: Indian doctors - what a load of cobblers. I have had an Indian Doctor for years and he speaks perfect English.
As for taking away our work - yes, I agree some of them do. Then again, it would help if our indiginous population would like to get off their paid for backsides and get some hours in.
Paradoxically, I have first hand knowledge of some of our 'so called tradesman from other shores' Not only has it been crass, underpriced and sometimes dangerous, it beggars belief that these people cannot be more controlled.

The poles come here to exploit the wages available, which are far better than in their own country, and when they can't realise that money, they bugger off home.

The people that exploit Britain the most and the most illegal immigrants, are the Austrainians, by far, that tend to work in bars, but nobody seems to complain about them, daily?

Was it Auf Weidershein Pet? that showed migration, people go to where the money is? Send the money home. If you get x10 money than where you live, you will relocate, and get the money there? If immigrants get that, and they are legal....what did they do wrong? The TV shows that people are incorrect, incurring that. If it's good enough for us....
