So was the woman with the kids when main impacted her.
They should be able to put a case together and get legal aid and get it to court.

He took something, during the struggle AFTER he had GRABBED and ASSAULTED the fellow passenger at a notion from the guard there was a problem and took it upon himself.

Thats against the law. The blow or blows after the assault are SELF-DEFENCE.
