I sort of agree with you. All of this was prior to the local elections, but it didn't work. They thought being seen to be tough will stop people from deserting them. Having said that, he is a promoter of terrorism and deserves punishment. But I think he should face his punishment in a British jail.

Exactly, But that would mean the government would have to charge him with a crime and provide proof.

To me it just seems like another boogie man, to keep us distracted from the real issues.

How on earth could his arrest be wrongful?!! He is an evil terrorist. His arrest is righteous. His execution would be righteous if the government had the balls to bring back the death penalty for freedom hating vermin like this.
