I always believe in innocent until Proven guilty. But- in this case - the man with the gun- killed her- simple as that.
She was in bathroom - he could not see her - so- he shot her.
Simple as that.
Nobody threatened him
he did not see anyone point a gun at him.

Like I said- I'd bet he was 'popped up' for sure .
Lets just wait and see what is said and what 'actual' evidence is produced.
Whatever is said and whatever is produced- HE killed her for sure- and needs 'nailing' and locking away . Not like it was 'self defence' is it ?.

South African criminal law... You just gotta love it. Only there would the defence lawyers bring it up that the lead detective was up on a murder charge himself. Here, they'd have kept quiet for fear it showed the detective was an authority on murder.

Anyway, surely it's not the detective who's on trial? So it's irrelevant to the case. Mind you, were Oscar to stand trial over here, the jury wouldn't know what to do and would probably ask the judge if they could come to some verdict based on evidence they hadn't heard, but had dreamt about whilst asleep in the jury box.

Yo, reminds me a bit of OJ Simpson trial, when he allegedly killed his g/f/wife or whatever and was seen to go on the run.
Obviously he was found not guilty because of inclusive evidence.

But who on this earth would shoot anyone without first confirming who he was going to shoot, it could have been his wife! and as it turned out it was!

Couldn't have been anyone in his bathroom! what the **** would an intruder do in his bathroom.......Oh wait before I rob the guy I need a slash!

If I were him, I would have come up with a more convincing excuse that I suffer from Arachnophobia and as I went to use my loo, I saw a great big ****in spider on the door of the bathroom and so i went back to the room to get my gun and tried blasting the **** out of that creepy creature!

I didn't notice if my wife was not in her bed! and finally when I thought I had blasted the ****er, I opened the door I saw blood all over the floor and found my wife with a gun shot or shots, so I grabbed her and stopped her from collapsing, but then I saw that ****in spider was still alive as somehow I must have missed him! and so I screamed loud and ran out of the bathroom dropping my wife hard on the floor and as she fell on the hard floor she smashed her skull against the floor and sadly died!

What an idiot I am! all because of that ****in spider! and the ******* escaped unscathed!



Fortunately,in England we are not allowed to keep guns at home, unless you were a farmer and wanted to shoot innocent foxes and rabits! we use our head and a tumbler and trap the spider ina tumbler and chuck it out into the neighbour's garden from where it must have come!

My experience with spiders is that when you see one, and he is seen you, then just stop there and don't move out of his sight, he will surely escape once you have gone out of his sight to fetch a tumbler, so better to shout at your wife and ask her to quickly fetch a tumbler to catch a spider,

If you went to get the tumbler and came back, he would be gone! Spiders are intelligent and knows what the **** you are about to do, and look someone killed his wife trying to blast one!

He was allowed a bail because he proved to the Judge that he has no feet and therefore cannot escape on his feet!
