If the truth about someone is that their behaviour or personality are such that the only words which describe them have become terms of abuse, because their behaviour or personality are so objectionable, then it is inevitable that terms of abuse will have to be used to truthfully describe them.So, what you are also saying is that you can't tell the truth without being abusive.
Sounds like you are talking about yourself here.
I really do think that he ought to try to take that on board, because his current failure to do so is undoubtedly counterproductive in relation to his own (good) intentions. BAS often has important things to say, not the least when people's competence is in doubt (or clearly absent!) - but he would undoubtedly get that message taken seriously by more recipients if he could manage to change his 'style' a bit.

Maybe he hasn't explicitly denied it, but he's doing a lot of childish wriggling in an attempt to 'distance himself from it'. I really don't know what he thinks he's achieving, since to keep highlighting the fact that his message has been removed surely emphasises the fact that there was 'something wrong with it'?!
