AJS accused me of deleting paragraphs from my post a few days ago.
I think AJS is suffering from some sort of delusions. Weirdly, though these delusions work to hide his lack of integrity and sincerity. I suppose that's how delusions of self grandeur work. When you make a mistake, it must be someone else's fault.

We apply all sorts of conditions, such as {.....} to China based on their Human Rights, to Far East based on their child labour {.....}

It must be all those stringent conditions which mean we don't deal with China then....

We do deal with China and that trade is increasing, but trade with EU has been one of the main drivers in China's reformation.

China's accession to the WTO in December 2001 was a major step. It required China to take bold reforms and liberalise important parts of its economy. Both China and the wider WTO membership have benefited greatly from China's integration into the global economic order.

The EU's concerns include:

• lack of transparency
• industrial policies and non-tariff measures in China which may discriminate against foreign companies
• a strong degree of government intervention in the economy, resulting in a dominant position of state-owned enterprises, and unequal access to subsidies and cheap financing
• inadequate protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in China

You posted and I read two paragraphs. I was replying to your post when one of the lads that work for me rang. By the time I had finished that conversation you had removed one paragraph, remember? That substantially altered your post didn't it?

I replaced my reply with "You have edited your post again" but the phone rang again so I didn't hit the post reply button. I didn't come back to it until the following morning and typed "That post has changed a lot since I first read it yesterday. Are you ever truthful?"
That's the reason for the two block quotes.

If you edit your post before anyone has added a comment, it doesn't show. But once anyone adds another comment after yours, and you edit your post, a flag shows, right hand side, Last Edited: whenever.

Or, even if you edit your post, before anyone else has commented, but more than 30 minutes after posting it (not sure of precise delay) it still adds the flag anyway.

So this post now has a flag, showing it has been edited. Aah, it looks like the delay is more like 20 minutes.

Additionally, when you're about to respond, before you submit your post a warning comes up to tell you if there are any new posts since you started your response, and before you submit it.

I posted this on Saturday at 10.49 PM in respone to AJS's lack of response to my post on Thursday evening:

I see 36 hours later he still does not have the decency to respond.
That tells me a lot about the person.

AJS replies in a very unfriendly way on Sunday at 9.02 PM, by saying he was away from the home and therefore couldn't respond:

Sorry **** stain I was in Sussex with friends.

but, he posted on Friday evening at 7.53 PM:

I'm guessing you're not talk about an angry child that says they wished they hadn't been born.

AJS tried to cover his lack of response by suggesting he was inccommunicado over the weekend, yet he very obviously posted on Friday evening!
So there we have it, irrefutable proof that AJS will willingly tell lies to hide his mistake and embarrassment.
So now it's easy to understand that he deserves neither respect nor admiration.
I was mistaken to grant him such in the first place.

Sorry AJS, but you brought this on yourself.
