Tis true.
We might disagree, AJS, but I have admiration and respect for someone who admits their mistakes.
Fair play to you.

That post has changed a lot since I first read it yesterday. Are you ever truthful?

T'is true. I did edit my post, within seconds of it being posted, hence there being no "last edited" time. Go check!
The original read: "We might disagree, AJS, but I have admiration for someone who admits their mistakes."
I edited it to add "and respect" and to add the words "fair play to you"
Now you try to claim that my comment has changed "a lot"!
I withdraw my admiration and respect. Because you do not deserve either, if you think it was dishonest of me to add those words.

Anyone can clearly see that my post was posted about 6.00pm yesterday. Your "criticism" was added about 7.45am this morning.
You've had more than 12 hours to review my comment, and you claim it was changed "a lot". That's beneath contempt!

Funnily enough, AJ edited his as well.

I particularly remember that he originally wrote "This true" which I noticed because it didn't make sense. Later I saw it had changed to "Tis true" and realised he had corrected it.

Perhaps somebody should be harassing AJ for deceit, hypocrisy etc.

Surprised you didn't delete him.

I see 36 hours later he still does not have the decency to respond.
That tells me a lot about the person.

You posted and I read two paragraphs. I was replying to your post when one of the lads that work for me rang. By the time I had finished that conversation you had removed one paragraph, remember? That substantially altered your post didn't it?

I replaced my reply with "You have edited your post again" but the phone rang again so I didn't hit the post reply button. I didn't come back to it until the following morning and typed "That post has changed a lot since I first read it yesterday. Are you ever truthful?"

That's the reason for the two block quotes.

Perhaps it should be you.

i haven't edited anything out...I posted the exact same comment twice by accident and changed the second post to local councils.
I now see that you only changed one of your posts and have already removed my comment

so you're including the 80% of lost benefits money caused by office errors rather than fraud?

and sliding furtively over the fact that benefit fraud is a tiny fraction of tax fraud?

edit
you are a thick-headed bigot

see also the Greek thread

... followed by a series of antisemitic attacks motivated by notions of a "Jewish Plot," including the extensive desecration of Jewish cemeteries and the Athens synagogue, and the defacement of Jewish monuments and private properties with slogans as swastikas

Apparently you can't leave a note to say you have edited your post(s)
