This image appeared on my screen a couple of minutes ago. There is a little red flashing square on the image to the right which I didn't manage to capture.

It is part of the tool bar on the Facebook page.
A lot of forums link to Facebook and ( it seems ) then exchange advertising leads with them.
1. That'll be God giving you a little warning not to take the Michael!
2. How come you're two hours ahead of us, (not just MikefromLondon)!
3. Can you right click and search google for image?
It's good for your health, keeps you fit, helps you lose weight.what would be the object of the exercise?
Very amusing. That said, I really would like to know why you want me to right click and search google for image. It's good for your health, keeps you fit, helps you lose weight.what would be the object of the exercise?

So when your walking speed is up to 5mph, will that be 5 miles between 5.00 and 6.00 am?Himaginn, I did not say what the following window says I said.
what would be the object of exercise?
What I really said was:
what would be the object of the exercise?
However, you took the latter quote to be the former and that is why you replied:
It's good for your health, keeps you fit, helps you lose weight.
I am really grateful for your advice. Like most people, I am not as young as I used to be, and after a history of cardiac events, I do have to look after my health. To that end, I walk 4 miles every morning between 5am and 6am (apart from when it is raining), maintain my weight at or around 69kg, eat healthily, don't smoke and rarely drink more that 2 double brandies a day.
We all know that you don't have a sense of humour!P.S. I did enjoy your little joke Himaginn!
Sorry Himaginn but I can't answer that without being paid in advance! My fee is £40.00 an hour or, as it is in this case, part of an hour.So when your walking speed is up to 5mph, will that be 5 miles between 5.00 and 6.00 am?
No probs. Send me the invoice and don't forget your travelling costs, for walking.Sorry Himaginn but I can't answer that without being paid in advance!
