Hi i would like some advice if possible please. I have a very narrow driveway for my car just about wide enough however next door my neighbour parks his car right next to mine. What concerns me is he is far too close and enters and exits from my side. In my deeds it states no fences can be errected which would solve the problem because I was hoping to put a small chain fence to stop him trespassing. At the moment the only way I can park my car is to put it partly on my lawn as he always parks right on the very edge. Can anyone suggest anything please?

On the neighbour issue, if you cant sort it out by having a chat then any physical option will create resentment and you will forever be in dispute.
Hi Jonbey yes I do reverse on and so does he if I put my car on the boundary he is likely to only be able to open his drivers door a very short distance and I'm worried he will knock my car! Its not right he's using my drive to access his vehicles.

If I read correctly then why don't you park with your passenger side right on the boundary?
I realise this will make the liklihood of a door knock more likely, but you can't have everything.
or
you drive on and keep left so that both drivers' doors are next to each other.
I had crap neighbours (they really were) for a while - I moved.
