MP's could Steal Brexit...

I think this is the best thing that can happen now. No new Vote just no Brexit. We stay in the EU.
MP pressure turns the vote....

In the near future a new Centralist party will form from Labour and Tory. Hence why NF {that's strange} has distanced himself from UKIP.

They will then form a party with the best of both Labour and Tory Policy"s.

Vote for us and we will honour the Brexit vote of 2016. They will say.

With this still looming the EU may take more notice, reform and maybe we may even be happy to stay together.

But, but, but...

Quitters wanted to 'get their country back' didn't they?

That's exactly what they got - 'parliamentary democracy' !

Someone ought to remind the quitters that the referendum was only advisory, and in a 'parliamentary democracy' there is no such thing as the 'will of the people'...

Of course quitters could take a leaf out of the French book - but then that would be too EU for them.

So it appears that the words 'rock' and 'hard place' are rather appropriate right now (y)

You say it like brexiteers want a deal at all.

It's all well and good making a song and dance about it. The deal is to please the remain side more so than the leave side.

The referendum may have been advisory, but article had a parliamentary vote. So there ya go, will of the people + parliamentary democracy.

It's very simple...

Brexiteers might want to commit economic/social/political suicide, but by default 'parliamentary democracy' is what they voted for and that is what they have got!

The current 'song and dance' is simply the case that 'parliamentary democracy' is in action in all it's 'glory'!

And should parliament decide that another vote is needed, then that is also what brexiteers voted for...

Or maybe they should have thought more about what 'getting their country back' actually meant? ;)

So basically you're ranting on about something we already know while putting your own spin on it that frankly, no one is interested in.

Got ya.
