Went to bed late last night.

Had a shower as I was very uncomfortable. At 1:50 this morning it was 31.9 degrees in the bathroom! Currently 29.

And this up in the grim cold North!
Wonder what it's like for you guys "darn sarf"?

Outskirts of London fine today, dropped about 15oC overnight and got another thunderstorm. It's a comfy 22 now.

Yesterday was hot, had to drive into the city in a car that run out of air con :) typical! I love the hot weather, it doesn't happen all that often here in the UK and only lasts a few days.

A bit muggy, but nothing a small fan can't beat.

You mean daan saaaf :D

Yes been very toasty here, but good for sea temps which is nice. Same though ive been coming home in the eves and bathing in the kids pool on a lilo with a mojito :D . Also very happy with my intex solar panels on the garage roof making the pool temp just right.
I have to say though i wouldn't want it all the time, relieved it's dropped a bit today we got sun currently but about 21 degrees, i got lots to do today outside, fck having to work manual in this heat all the time all year like alot of our southern neighbours.

I had a call from my sister, some pervert was exposing himself on the patio next door all night.

35C in the shade yesterday. Moved the weather station sensor into direct sunlight at 3.00pm and it immediately began to creep up.
By 4.00pm it was registering 50.2

People lie on a beach in this, twisting and turning to get an even tan, when they are actually destroying their layers of skin. The more they do it the more leathery their skin will become, assuming the don't get skin cancer of course.

Overnight temps dropped to 22C but by 10.00am it was beginning to climb to the upper 20's.
Doing a physical job is exhausting but ok if you keep hydrated and skin covered or in shade. Sitting in an air-con office would drive me insane.

I was installing s flue pipe in s loft space yesterday morning

Must admit it was a bit warm

It was over 30c in our workshop yesterday which I've never seen before in last 20 years.

Was ridiculous to work in, was dripping with sweat after 1/2 hour and like that all day!.

Would be fine in a beer garden mind..
