Yes. cries of "farewell to democracy" and "tinpot dictator" do have a hypocritical ring to them.

Can you explain how preventing parliament from debating no deal is democratic.

Clearly Johnson is so scared of debating no deal, he has chosen to not discuss it all.

Just like Gasbanni.....too scared to discuss Brexit.

Yes it's not like they haven't had a few years to debate it, is it? didn't remainers as well as leavers reject TM's deal?, and you won't find a softer exit than that other than staying in.
We are where we are and the remainers in Parliament have done as much as the leavers to get us there, I suspect it's all coming down to a binary choice, stay or leave, which coincidentally is a question answered in a national referendum.

Nah.

It comes down to the fact Brexiteers cant admit, a good Brexit is not deliverable.

There is no great FTA with the EU, it doesnt exit, because ftictionless trade that avoids damage to UK business to too closely aligned to the single market

Therefore those in the Tory party have been forced to keep doubling down until no deal is all they have left.

What Brexiteers have no interest in understanding is that no deal is not the end, it is no win.

All it means is more UK EU negotiations.

Yes, we understand all that, we also understand that if we pay the 39bn and sign a withdrawal agreement, we still have to negotiate a trade deal after the event, that's the sequence of events dictated by the eu.

Ok to reiterate i voted leave, but either way had we voted and won a remain vote i would of been ****ed off to see parliament attempt to go against the democratic vote. I know where do you draw the line from doing it for the good of our future or just blocking the opposition.

Had the remainers actually stood up at the start and actually done something themselves... they for example Labour have collectively dragged their heals over this debacle due to Corbyns do anything to win votes to be PM strategy, even Jo (lib dems first woman pm) articulated that.

Whats less democratic 17.5 million for 450 mps with their own agenda?

Boris has manipulated his way into 10 downing street. Somehow your recollection of history os very one sided.

Parliament is to blame, voted for A50 and No Deal being the default and then voted against the WA three times. Now Bojo has the upper hand to play his game. He only wants to remain in no 10.

Oh ffs behave already how did king fence sitter become Labour leader? He has many nicknames the one pound vote king etc, and he too traded favours to be singled out in the final few, they all manipulate. Remember there were many jaws hitting the floor when he became leader.

And why didn't they allow Fence sitter and his millions of splinters up his colon to be caretaker PM? What did Libdems first WOMAN LEADER say about it all? Something about him dragging his heals for the last 2years and all he wants is PM and what if he doesn't stand down after.

What's onesided then? Theyre all there because they ARE fiercely one sided (for themselves).

I think alot of people have laughed at Boris at their peril, he is a clever chap under that autistic style exterior.

I do agree with you however Parliament is to blame here, they played a stupid half arsed lets go down the pub now heel dragging game.

The change in Labour's leadership contest rules in 2014 was heralded as a way of reducing the influence of the trade unions but it also allowed anyone to take part in ballots for a £3 fee.

It received little attention at the time but nearly 200,000 people have taken advantage of it. This appears to have caught Jeremy Corbyn's leadership rivals, who focused their message on the existing Labour membership, by surprise. Only Mr Corbyn had a link to the £3 affiliate scheme on his campaign website.

And this..

At the time it was generally assumed he could not possibly win, with commentators describing him variously as a "maverick", "Caracas Corbyn" and a member of the "loony left", suggesting that he was trying to make a point rather than get elected.

And this..manipulation spoiler alert!!!!

Yet, he managed to get over the threshold with minutes to spare. The reason he did so was that a number of MPs - including some with diametrically opposed views - "lent" him their votes. At the time, they argued Labour needed the widest possible debate after its election defeat and it would be wrong if the left of the party was excluded.

Right... Galahad(stripped of your title) who is one sided?

Hahahahahahahahahaha

The fact it triggered you to write all that based on the misplaced beliefe I am a corbyn supporter. I simply pointed out the one sided view in criticising Corbyn for only wanting to be PM when Bojo has actually accompliished that task with a great deal of manipulation.

I call this a momentous win. :p:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

Truth is, you don’t know that and anyway you don’t know whether the EU will come up with something acceptable. I suspect they will but if they don’t, we'll survive. And thrive.

Nothing to do with you being a Corbyn supporter it's the statement of being one sided which is why I asked who's one sided.

I sense insecurity here in all those emojis?

It's ok I dont bite :p
