Is China the main supplier of PPE equipment?

Another positive thinker on the forum. Are you sure you’re not a Trump supporter?
Positive thinking - whilst noble - isn't going to change a thing mottie. I think positive at least 4 times per day, but it won't prevent us being reliant upon China, china. Do you think we can revert back to the good old days?

An old bloke with a walking frame got £27 million quid out of the best part of a million people, in three days.

If we at least think twice about each frivolous purchase we make, that would make a difference, surely? Especially to a country built on the reliance of 10% growth p. a.

That relies upon a chav free society. Watch all the Maccies wrappers reappear once the lock-down is over. Your theory relies upon greed free people with a conscience and joined up thinking. Not a prayer in Bozzas UK.

Paradox of thrift.

Let's boycott everything Chinese on the menu.... We can eat Singapore noodles and Katsu curry and from the English section
(excludes ROI) numbers 138 upwards... And their beer.....

We can do anything we put our mind to as long as the commitment is there. Everyone is always looking for a quick, cheap solution to everything these days but like Brexit, it won’t be quick and it won’t be cheap but it will be worth it in the end.

If we leave at the end of the year (as per Bozza) and we haven't got anything like a trade agreement in place with the rest of Europe, we will become more reliant on those that are already amicably trading with us - i.e. China.

The notion that CV could be like a UK reset button is warming to some I'm sure. The reality is that people are skint and are about to be squeezed even more. Do you honestly believe that ordinary folk are willing to suddenly start paying double for products on supermarket shelves?
