Expertise is rarely required for a cabinet level role. The justice secretary being pretty much the only exception and even there it's not absolutely required.

One of the permanent challenges in our system of government is that ministers take time to work out what they need to do but can be replaced at the stop of a hat. That's been unusually true since the Brexit vote. I'd guess it's been one of the highest periods of turnover in modern times.

I'm assuming that I won't get a respectable response to my question of how many 'experts (as per your list) politicians you know, or there are in the cabinet.
As we can assume there are no such (as per your list) experts in the cabinet, aren't we all just as equally qualified to assess the situation, as the politicians?
Therefore, your ridiculing of others for having an opinion, is inappropriate, as their opinion is as equally valid as the politicians.
