Hi! Please can someone give any tips on increasing the bar pressure? I can't find anything on the boiler version we have and I also can't find the loop that usually resolves this!

Looks like yours may be capped off. Check on top of your boiler for the braided hose.
 
your boiler does not come with an in built filling loop, locate the cold water inlet and follow it and you will find the external filling loop
 
I've attached a photo of what's above the boiler and following the cold water outlet I can only see alongside the boiler where the copper pipes are

Also check where there may have been an airing cupboard.
