He's right Notch, after 6 months off, isn't it reasonable to expect they do a few days work.
No I'm right

Right wing idiots criticising teachers.

Typical of Daily Mail readers: sheeple right wing numpties who can't think for themselves

I think the local lockdown may work. Back in wave 1. It might have been possible to ease measures in the north at that time. Where I live the infection rate is similar to the summer, 10 x less than Liverpool.

lockdown will never kill the virus. It only ever reduces the infection rate. I think people calling for national lockdown, seem to think 3-4 weeks and it will be done. Unless we have a global lockdown, that can’t happen.

Envy. It's a terrible thing Benny. Retrain, get the soft easy life you imagine teachers are having. Can't be that hard can it?
envy? I love my job, varied , meet different people and get a new challenge every day . plus I’m the boss and the although I kill myself for my money the majority of the people I mentioned could only dream of earning what I earn.
Have another go!

Its usually those with unteachable thickos for kids and need an outlet and someone to blame for their bad bloodline and horrific parenting.
pity for you, have you thought about private tutoring for them sap?

or people who were written off at school by narrow minded teachers who then went on to become millionaires

One of three local pubs has closed shop - landlord, landlady, chef and 1 member of bar staff all have covid so they've locked the doors. Quite impressed how responsible the landlord is being. Guess reopen after 2 weeks?

Is two weeks enough? After all, the reckless and partying uni students might be "taking it back to their rellies at Christmas".....

Well they don't do it on quiz shows that's for certain, teachers always seem to display a worrying lack of knowledge on such shows.
