I have no easy answers, except hopefully children and teenagers growing up today will have racist ideologies dispensed with.
I am sure unconscious bias is present in older generations, unfortunately this will take many years to eradicate.

Naah, the sewer works are right on the shore, just the walkway between the works and the river.
There's no houses near the sewer works, just industrial sites, and protected flood plain marsh, and a few horse paddocks, not that the river floods round there, it's just natural drainage to the river. It's as much a refuse re-cycling depot now. Barges are loaded up with landfill rubbish.
I'm on the other side of the railway and the main road, way up the hill.
If anyone is down that way, take your bike, the river side walkway is excellent cycling.
For the simple reason that some groups are discriminated against, and others are not.
If you can't grasp that simple fact, there's no hope of explaining it to you. But I'll try.
If a group are discriminated against, and there's inequality, it's fairly normal for that group to proclaim that they are proud of their heritage despite the discrimination and inequality that they suffer.
When the group that cause and create that discrimination proclaim their pride for their heritage, they are proclaiming that they have no concern for the discrimination and inequality. What's more, they demonstrate their intent to perpetuate that inequality and discrimination. Hence the derision for the Proud Boys of USA. You appear to want to mirror their attitude.
I'd say that a change of heart is brought about by personal reflection. It may not be a complete turnabout but a gentle swing to a more nuanced approach.
Whereas a U turn is invariably a complete turn around from a previously declared position, brought about by others demonstrating the erroneous decision. Hence the term U turn.

When I was a youngster, there was a time where you'd have to attach a photo to a job application. Never thought that was a good idea as humans judge on first sight.
Unfortunately, this can happen the moment the applicant sits down.

What about the groups that DONT cause discrimination? I refer you to my previous question are you inferring white men as a direct association to racist groups, they are therefore excluded?

Get this, i don't care what colour you are, if you're proud of who you are and your origins i too commend you, be proud. Shaming comes in many forms and above is just one example using racist association.
And here we go again 'Appropriate' - the act of taking something for your own use, usually without permission - Are you also the gatekeeper for 'Pride' as well as 'Cultural Appropriation'

They do judge by looks. Instead of an average looking very intelligent asian girl they will employ a cracking leggy blond with nice boobs. Great to look at but crap for business.
This is why 99.99999999% of BBC on screen main employees are attractive. I accept they may be intelligent as well.
