Anyway, how are your brakes?? Still driving that skip on the roads???

Andy
As it happens it's booked In at 10 am for brake check at national tyres and autocare, this will be the 3rd garage.
Proof garages are incompetent

With every due respect Mark, you aren't taking your car to the right place for brake pipe work.
You need a good independent garage (there are plenty about) and expect to be charged in the region of £50 per hour.
John :)

But they're not garages. Your car will be worked on by spotty yoofs who are mainly good at fitting tyres.

Ask friends, neighbours, relatives, family or colleagues if they know of a good, honest PROPER garage. Or search for one in your area here -

As I said one garage said the brake line had a leak, 2 other garages said it didn't

So you keep going round in circles, you need to take it to a proper mechanic staffed garage who can fix any aspect of the braking system, not a brake shoe merchant.

I’ve tried to answer the questions on brake fluid loss and low coolant temperature in all of the previous posts. I’ve nothing more to add, I’m afraid!
John :)
