Moving copper pipes in floor

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to give some advice on how to move some copper pipes. My partner and I are currently renovating a house and we've decided to flip the direction of the stairs to give us more room upstairs.

As we'll also be moving the stairs back slightly we need to move the pipes.

Questions are:

A) How easy is it to move these pipes/re-direct? The red line shows where the pipes go to.
B) Roughly, how much would this job cost?
C) The larger darker pipe is cold, does this mean it's old?

could be an iron gas pipe ?

Is it hollow? It might be one of those iron ties that go to a pattress plate that stops a side wall from bowing out.

It's hollow and it rattles when you tap it, sounds like it could be an old pipe. Not sure if it was a common thing to upgrade to copper at some point?

If it’s upstairs and it’s an old house, it might have been for gas lamps in the bedrooms.
