For those of you who aren't sure -

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-56338666
If the "what sex are you?" has more than two options then yes it's fundametally incorrect, but I'd just tick the nearest one that applies and move on with my life.

You should be glad the campaign won and the judge agreed.

This year there will be two questions in the Census.

One on sex and one on gender identity.

A few weeks before Census day the ONS changed its plans and said it will now encourage trans people to answer BOTH questions with their gender identity.

That means putting their gender identity as the answer to both the sex and the gender identity question.

That’s why we need this policy decision reviewed in open court by a judge.

The public needs to trust that the National Statistician prioritizes good data and is not unduly influenced.

So you should put down your birth sex and then gender. For most its male / male or female / female.

How will they know if you write down absolute ******?
I believe written copies are scanned into computers using suitable box-ticked reading, and document scanning apps.
Obviously on-line submissions bypass this process.
Obviously illegible and unintelligible ones will be identified and be discarded for human discernment.
I would imagine the data compiling apps are easily capable of throwing up nonsensical answers.

So do you believe there is no right to question an official document if you believe it to be incorrect?

tbh i think there should be 3x options, male, female, trans.

the wokes that want to identify as non binary and all the other bull poop they want to invent to make themselves feel "special" / give themselves something to complain about the system being unjust, should suck it up and put their actual sex.

You can phone the 0800 for help, or to request a paper form. Even if you are illiterate, blind or etc. I dare say they can have someone visit and fill in the form for you.
Alternatively you can refuse to provide any information...

Perfectly legal...

Although the sheeple don't understand that...

Baah!

So how do you get the form to fill in ? Not had anything sent to me yet.

You wait for the census guy to drop the letter off. It doesn't arrive via the post. Just a single page with a 16 digit number, a URL and an 0800 number for help with the form, or request a paper form if you have no Internet, plus a leaflet explaining about the need/idea of the census. It is very easy to complete, probably easier on line as the online version can lead you through the questions. The most difficult part, is remembering your partners DOB :)

It will likely be more difficult, if there are multiple people/members of the family in your home, but for me and just my partner very easy and I didn't need to ask her DOB ;)
