V weird...They charged him with murder and kidnap before body found I think...They never disclose all they know..

He hasn't been charged (AFAIK), only arrested. There are many reasons why they would arrest someone, particularly with regards to collecting & securing evidence, it is NOT an assumption of guilt.

This is a trained & experienced copper, you would have to assume he is both evidence aware & "no commenting" to all questions. Again, this is not an assumption of guilt.

i dont know, coppers who are involved in crime arent particuarly clever, although they like to think they are.
