£6,000 - £7000 to rewire an empty terraced house?
2 living rooms and 4 bedrooms 1 kitchen
 
i was quoted in surrey , must be over 5 years ago now , £7,000 small 1904 2up2down style house
but it was very small -
It seems on the high side to me

Depends whats going in, two sockets a room and a pendant or 30 downlight, data, TV, smokes, USB sockets
