That is correct. Ideally of course MR11 GU10, to avoid confusion with MR11 with another base.

I agree google MR11 GU10 and loads of options, I must admit I thought the U in GU10 means bayonet connection, so the 12 volt would be G5.3 no U, but it seems U is used with some makes?

But as to a good bulb, hard to tell, my wife insisted on fitting G9 bulb lights in her bedroom, there was no two way switching so I also fitted an electronic light switch so she can use a remote control from bed side, I have same in two other rooms, but her room is only room to cause problems, the LED G9 lamps worked A1 until the electronic switch fitted, then when off it started to flash, so a load capacitor was fitted, then we noticed a flicker when on, found using one quartz bulb stopped that, but idea was to use LED so these were replaced with these the latter breaks the EU rules with no wattage or lumen shown and the covers will no longer fit, however they don't flicker or flash.

But the problem was not there until I used an electronic switch, so does one blame the bulb or switch? Both bulbs were classed as dimmable.

On this forum we have seen complaints about LED bulbs failing, I have had two fail, one fluorescent tube replacement, and one of these but the latter I opened to see how they worked and found fault and fixed, so for me LED have worked very well. So why do others have problems? spikes on the supply maybe, I do have a surge protection device on the incoming supply but not in the house where the tube failed, so maybe a spike took it out.

Daughter complains of headache when main living rooms lights are on, but no one else seems to have a problem, it is possible the lights do have a rapid flash, but how would one know?

So a bulb which may work A1 for one person may cause problems for another person, so hard to recommend a bulb. What I would say large bulbs have never caused a problem, it is the small size where you get flashing and flicker, but other than the G9 shown hard to say what is good or bad.

Wrong actually, explain what the "MR" stands for, the majority of led lamps until recently are not "MR".
They all are a retrofit for a MR11 lamp, subject to control gear compatibility, but a majority are just a plain 35mm lamp

Where does "11.42" come from? - I'm looking at 9:02 to 10:42 - which is 100 minutes, or 1.67 hours.
