BBC caught out again.

High time the BBC had its charter revoked and made to operate on a commercial basis. This would mean that the licence fee was also cancelled.

Be careful what you wish for, far bigger issues at stake than some royal gossip

Not looking good for the BBC when the future King is 'blaming' the BBC. If this would of happen a couple of hundred years ago, a lot of people would have been losing their heads!

Andy
Maybe time to abolish royalty

As a few have mentioned the royal problem is not the entire BBC but a small group of people involved in a particular program. The reporter that did it should be prosecuted for fraud also the guy that forged the paper work. Similar mud could be slung at many media sources from time to time.

Sorry, guys, call me slow, but why did they have to forge bank statements?

It seemed bit of a cackhanded way of gaining access to Diana via her bro showing payments to staff members who allegedly spilled the beans, I don't buy it

I thought it hypocritical when Boris said how he thought the Royal Family were so important, and he had so much respect for them, etc.
He had so much respect he happily lied to the Queen!

Should be an enquiry as to why an
11 and 13,(?) year old were paraded in public and made to walk behind there mothers coffin

Should have been a general enquiry as to why millions of prople in the UK became emotional wrecks and thousands turned out to wail in public

some of whom travelled hundreds of miles to do so

:confused::confused:

Did they not want to be there?
I think I was under five when my Grandad died. I wanted to attend the funeral but I was considered too young to understand.

Mind you some made a good few squid out of it and thousands bought tacky plates with a Diana transfer on it

florists were inundated

coach companies transporting thousands to London to sit in a park to wail

Burger vans

People hiring out toilets

street cleaners got over time pay to clean up all there discarded rubbish

The entire UK seemed to descend into some type of emotional melt down over some lady they never knew and never met

there world collapsed

children confused as to why there parents
Wailed and hugged one another in public

old age pensioners camping out side buck house demanding that they want to see 2 children who’s mother had just died they wanted
To hug them
jeez us wept at 11 when you are confronted by thousands of total fruit cakes on some type of emotional melt down tis little wonder he has suffered from mental issues

Not really. They would wonder what staff would say and want to get their own oar in preferably first.

TBH I think people should bear in mind that they are all actors in a play called the royal family. HRH is said to have planned his own funeral probably with help from advisors - bit like how directors are used to make films. There entire life in public is on a stage really.

The statements I saw looked like they had been knocked up with a John Bull printing set, Di's bro might be a pompous git but surely not that gullible

Corruption involving the Met Police, Rupert Murdochs Newspapers being protected by Priti Patel.

The panel was expecting to publish this coming Monday. However, on Tuesday members were told they could not do so until their report had been passed to the home secretary, Priti Patel, so she could review it and make changes if she thought necessary.

One of the main areas of inquiry for the panel was the conduct of Rupert Murdoch’s business empire, with two of those arrested after the murder having ties to the News of the World, the Sunday tabloid closed after the phone-hacking scandal.

Patel was a guest at Murdoch’s 2016 wedding in London to Jerry Hall. On Friday the Home Office said the home secretary would not discuss her relationship with Murdoch, or her attendance at his wedding, because it was a private matter.

No one has ever been convicted of the murder of Morgan, 37, who was found with an axe in his head in a south London pub car park in March 1987. The Metropolitan police have accepted their efforts have been blighted by corruption.
