Why would anyone trust Brexit Britain again?

Whatever side people are on, surely we should be against breaking up the United Kingdom. I just don’t see how anything is worth that.
Not everybody thinks like that.

A YouGov survey of 892 Tory party members found that 59% would prefer to see Northern Ireland leave the UK if it was a necessary sacrifice to make sure Brexit happened, while 63% would rather see Scotland become independent.

I really really hope this doesn’t start the troubles in Ireland again.
A widely shared hope, Im sure, but a widely shared determination to stop it happening?

Johnny Euro Foreigner loves that British Pound and they don’t care whether it comes from a tourist or a business. When Johnny rest of the world foreigner starts taking it from them and they realise it, you’ll see a different attitude from Johnny Euro foreigner. Wait and see, no rush. Brexit always was a long game and the game has only just started.
I'm not sure I understand where you are you going with this. Johnny foreigner has always enjoyed UK tourism and would be just as disgusted and bemused with traitor Brexiteers as any UK anti brexer. Of course they are going to welcome UK tourists and their cash....
I don't blame any nation being distrustful of the current UK government especially with lying Bozza at the helm.
British tourists are not a reflection of the traitorous untrustworthy Bozza Brexer government.

How can any nation be described as independent and sovereign if they allow a foreign entity to erect trade barriers on their territory.
I see what you meant, now.

I didnt, at first, because youve twisted things so much.

The internal trade barriers were erected by us, not the EU, and we did it because its what the people of this independent and sovereign nation democratically voted for. EU officials may be working there, but it was entirely our decision to have it there - we were not forced, there were other options, but the electorate wanted this one.

Mottie will explain it - he is one of the people who voted for it:

It started on Jan 31st and it will be truly finished at 11pm on Dec 31st. BRitain will have EXITed the European Union. That’s what I voted for, that’s what I’m getting. Nothing else.

I've said it before, Boris has done the job I voted him in to do.

If you remember, Theresa May, who had some semblance of integrity negotiated the backstop….which ERG refused to accept.

Johnson has zero integrity and has quite happy to throw NI under the bus so he could win power.

Yes, more lies. Swore there would be no checks GB > NI. How stupid does one have to be to keep supporting this crook?

No checks LOL.
Why doesn't Boris invoke article 16 and get it over and done with.

no country is independent nor sovereign if it trades with other countries.

this whole sovereignty argument is meaningless twaddle

He won't have to, the EU will cave.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Boris Johnson:

caved in on every single deadline
Caved in on Withdrawal agreement
Caved in on internal market bill
Caved in on trade deal
Caved in on fish
Caved in on cabotage

The level of delusion - from not being able to list benefits they are now in the far distant future.

Look when you tie your mast to Brexit purity - you cannot midway reject it.

They would rather double down than admit they were conned. It's human psyche.

Finally columnists are being brave enough to talk about how we need electoral reform from this broken two party system.
