Whats to say their not? Just because sone are unhappy doesnt mean everyone is.

Look at uk elections, look at brexit, look how many people were furious about the outcomes, not everyone is gona be happy.

But the Afghan transfer of power was far smoother then the recent US elections.
Are you suggesting we do the same as them here, think it will be a bit over the top to behead/shoot people who voted remain, and lock all our women away etc,if its so rosy there now why where people clinging to planes taking off?

No fallout to neighbouring countries. In fact all have hinted at accepting the Taliban government.

Collaborating with US forces which resulted in tens of thousands of Afghans being killed in US DRONE strikes is enough to make the collaborators desperate to flee.

Next question...

woman gained employment

What have they done wrong? Nothing.

You may not be aware but the majority of Afghan women, even those in the UK are deeply religious Muslims. Whether we like it or not their values are different to ours.

The Taliban have already said they wont restrict womens freedoms and we're seeing schools and universities still open for women.

Dont get caught up in the nonsense of white western feminists with a white saviour complex spreading their woke nonsense.

This is the first time we're seing peace in Afghanistan for many many years.

Long may the peace continue.

there will be a serious military confrontation with the mad mullahs in Iran

just a question of when

no doubt about it

:LOL::LOL::LOL:

Your desperate for another war aint you trans?

Sorry to burst your bubble but the Sunni Taliban and Shia Iranians have been cooperating for a number of years and the Taliban recently sent a large delegation to Iran where both sides agreed to continue the progress they've made.

I really dont understand why idiots like Trans are so obsessed with wanting to see more wars with the inevitable death and destruction that brings.

Let peace reign.

The Taliban have defeated the US and Nato, their country has been liberated of foreign forces and this is finally a chance for real peace after 40 years of war.

I asked earlier why don't we drop a few atomic bombs on Afghanistan and nobody answered. It's a massive taboo but it would get the job done. It worked on Japan.

The only option that would not be indiscriminate would be to root out and kill taliban members one by one. Why wasn't this done in the 20 years we were there?

Just leaving the taliban to it should not be an option considered by any decent person.

pretty certain that the US military discussed or considered deploying tactical nukes during Johnson’s presidency ?????

in Vietnam

Iranian government meet Taliban leadership in January 2021, signs of cooperation and improving ties

It could not have been a more striking picture: a Taliban delegation visiting Tehran in late January and being received by senior Iranian officials. They reportedly discussed “relations between both countries, the situation of the Afghan migrants in Iran, and the current political and security situation of Afghanistan and the region.”
