You link doesn't mention the immune system once. It is to do with bacteria becoming resistant to medicines.

Not read the link, but it really doesn't surprise me that anti-virus-vaxxers are now resorting to using anti-bacteria medicine issues as a reason not to take vaccines.

Although not relevant to viral infections - the opposite of this is actually often the case. The problem we have with antibiotics and bacterial infections is that not all bacteria in one infection is the same. What usually happens is that a doctor prescribes medicine to fight a bacterial infection, usually with a 5 or 7 day prescription. The patient takes the medicine, then after day 3 they feel totally better, and stop taking the medicine, thinking they no longer need it. What actually happens is that the antibiotics kills off about 90% of the weakest bacteria in the first 3 days, leaving stronger bacteria - not enough to make them feel sick, but enough to be contagious. The patient then passes this stronger, surviving bacteria on to another person, who has a 100% dose of the more antibiotic resistant bacteria. When is repeated many times, we end up with highly resistant bacteria circulating in human populations. It is not (always) that the bacteria overall is evolving to become stronger or resistant to antibiotics, we're just actively killing the weaker bacteria and letting the stronger ones spread.
Reference for this information, is from memory, but read in an OU book that was published around 2010, topic of epidemiology, a text for OU Health Sciences course. It's on my shelf. I don't have a link.
Science might have changed a bit since then, but probably not a lot.

I've explained my position above. I started this thread in a 'familiar' forum where it would probably have remained fairly sensible, but it was rapidly moved to here. Too much of my time is currently involved in serious professional activities related to Covid and Covid data for me to be able to afford to waste time dealing with 'rubbish' or slanging matches.
Although well-intentioned, I fear that asking for 'links' will achieve little or nothing. There is more than enough nonsense out there to enable anyone who is so inclined to provide links to support views of any degree of craziness.
My offer to respond to any (sensible) PMs remains.

Generally there's confusion between the antibiotics and virus vaccines. Bacterial diseases come in a load of slightly different strains of bacteria. If your pills kill one strain but leave the resistant ones, the resistant ones proliferate.
Antivirus vaccines have been known to boost disease contraction. Vaccine Dependent Enhancement. It's front and centre of any trials and monitoring, since I think Dengue some years ago. Long enough for it to be reasonably well understood. Dengue is different because it has several forms, which are further apart than mere strains. VDE hasn't been found yet for the C19 vaccines even when large murine doses were administered. It could happen.
The other theorised effect is vaccine driven mutation- again, not seen in vitro or in vivo. When nutters start their explanation with "the vaccine decides", you know they're nuts. It doesn't have a brain, it's stats.
If anyone's interested the structure of omicron was published, it just dropped into my inbox for some reason. You can see where many of the mutations are and how it fits the receptors better in places than delta in some places and less well in others, on those illustrations which look like a worn out scouring pad. A bit of good news came out that one particular antibody (S309 iirc) fits particularly well so provides a lead for therapeutics. Bad news is that if this mangled variant of Wuhan is still so dangerous, there's scope for more.
