There's some truth in that, the loss of the red wall seats illustrates that they are no longer seen as the party of the working classes.
BUT, I'm sure there are many decent Labour politicians, just as there are many decent Conservative politicians.

Durham police were sent a Freedom of Information request and that was interpreted by the Lying Daily Mail as “reopening” the investigation.

Labour have for the last month been denying Angela Rayner was present at the party, this week, having been presented with photographic evidence from The Mail that she was in fact there, Labour have now admitted it and claim it was an honest mistake.
Richard Holden has so far this week sent 3 letters to Durham Police demanding they take action. I don't think he's going to stop until justice is seen to be done, ie., the law treats Srarmer the same as they treated Boris.
Anyone who thinks the two scenarios are different in any way is a fool or blind.

Johnson lied about it many times in Parliament, he misled the house.
