I'm on a SM, I don't need to have my meter read, thanks.
What I don't get is that I'm on smart meters for gas, water, and leccy, yet all of my bills are with "estimated" readings, apart from those I submit myself.
Seems a bit pointless in that case.
Plus, my phone won't support the water company app (too old a version of android), so I have to log in via my laptop to submit readings.
