So it's about the checks and balances ?

Not whether it should be allowed or not?

Or it's only a list like child abuse and terrorist? Can organised crime, drugs, people smuggling, theft be added? Can other reasons be added or it needs to be very specific ?

Personally I don't care if anybody gets to see my messages to and from aunt flo because she said something costs a bomb and it hits the trigger words. I prefer to be safe
