You do realise that most practises are actually owned by the GP`S or several of them.how is it going to do that?

You clearly havent got a clue about how a GP`s surgery works the extra work you talk about for the GP is the press of a task button informing the secretary/admin to do an a&g instead of a referral so no additional work at all for the practise
