I still believe (maybe dreaming) that could still run around a football pitch impressing a bunch of 13 year old girls with my agility and ball skills (I know that sounds wrong)
I've always been very bad at football and my knees for some reasons hurt next day if I kick a few balls. My 12 year old is in a girls football team. She's one of the better ones but I know I've got to get her to improve so that she keeps being one of the better ones.
I'm trying to show her moves, passing and shooting. But my body really is up for it.
It's not the age. It really is that im unfit and not agile. I don't do my yoga as much as I should. I really y do think this bike I have bought can only but aid me in a positive gentle way.

Me too. I'am agile (for my age) but not as I used to be and not as much as I still feel I can be.I've always been very bad at football and my knees for some reasons hurt next day if I kick a few balls.
So I can't comment on your skills, but if you get fit enough to run for 20 minutes and football doesn't hurt your joints, I don't see why you couldn't achieve that.
My friend is 61 and plays 5 a side once a week.
He's has a small frame though, so he never lost his agility.

We are tough, down south. We don't mind a bit of mud.mudguards?

I love it. And the electric makes it thet bit more enjoyable. I feel that I've really had a workout and as my first session out on maybe 3 or 4 years I went further than i would have donr with pedles alone.never been a big fan of riding around wi' a wet ars meself, but crack on and enjoy.

I can adjust mine while riding. Push a lever and it adjusts to the situation. It's like learning to ride a bike again.measured your seat height?
I used the heel-to-toe method...

Because it does itwhy would you need to do that?
Measure it; set it; sort it...off you go.

I love the suspension seat post.I converted my bike to electric about 4 years ago. I must have done near on a hundred miles on it since then.I sometimes use it to go to the allotment but half way there, I usually stop pedalling, sit upright and use the trigger. I must have had the bike getting on for 10 years now and it still looks like new. I’m not cut out for cycling and my undercarriage is too tender. If I’m wearing jeans, sometimes my knackers turn into clackers. I think I could do with a more comfortable saddle.

That is a dropper. Not an adjustable seat post.I can adjust mine while riding. Push a lever and it adjusts to the situation. It's like learning to ride a bike again.
