Because, strictly speaking, it's not always the same people

Some would have us believe it's only the non whites that commit heinous crimes. Sad thing is, I think some actually believe it.

I will say again to avoid any doubt, I firmly believe the authorities and legal system should treat everyone the same, no exceptions.
