Currently, the £6 billion is coming out of the foreign aid budget. As it stands, It wouldn't make any difference to the NHS etc.

£6 billion would make a good difference to the NHS, besides - the immigrants when they get here, do get put at the front of the queue for any medical attention they might need. Those who have actually contributed to the system, just get pushed further, and further to the rear.
