Another record milestone for Labour. 50,000…

Explain how non status non tax paying refugees play the system i.e......
I’ll try - see if you can get your head around it. They pretend they are fleeing persecution. They pass through many safe countries before being ferried to our shores by the kind border force and RLNI who wait for them like busses at the halfway point of the English channel. While waiting for a decision, they are given free food, housing, health care, mobile phones, internet, health club access etc as well as being free to come and go from their hotels to work in the black economy. If they are refused, they are then afforded numerous expensive tax-funded appeals. If they still have no luck, they simply melt away into their own communities. That’s how they play our own system.

Receiving basic care, is not playing the system, i.e......

There are plenty of news reports and interviews citing why people want to come to the UK. Education, job opportunities, free healthcare, housing, cash etc.

I'll wait...

It is if you lie in the first place to get the 'basic care'.
They get it if they lie or not, so they aren't getting anything they wouldn't already get. Not playing the system.

No he doesn’t seem to be able to get his head around it.

Let's take these one at a time. What about those who actually are fleeing persecution. Are they playing the system.

I can't recall the exact tv prog, I think it was one of the BBC News offerings. Yesterday, they had an interview with one of the immigrants staying in a hotel. One of the questions they asked him is if anyone coming across is at it, obviously they didn't word it like that! He said yes, there are some who do, however the numbers are small.

Yes, you can argue well he would say that (low numbers) however my point is even he was admitting some of them are at it. It's a logical thing to conclude.

Nope it’s just you confused as usual. I’ve said before. I’ve no problem with people lawfully coming here to contribute. I’m not so excited about people coming here to play the system.

If you’d followed the thread you’d know these are the reasons the illegals give for coming to the U.K not those who have gained a visa.

You are setting up a false dichotomy. What about those in a third group who are genuine refugees fleeing persecution and are coming here because they want to claim asylum in the UK and want to be good residents and contribute to the UK.

No one would disagree with that.

Which isn't playing the system for this....

I see biker boy still manages to waffle lie deflect (and avoid).
Standard.

Just because I talked about those who are legal migrants with visas, and illegal economic immigrants trying their luck, does not mean there isn't a 3rd bucket of genuine refugees.

Why call them a "bucket". You just can't help yourself.

And you wonder why people call you slippery.
