When a dish or a meal is prepared to its best.
What would you choose..

Id prefer a curry on a Friday night over a Roast. Yet a curry would go down as well as a Roast on a Sunday after the big match.

My choice of options below is generally the food I love.
Pasta being my least favourite. If you have anything to add then let me know.

I prefer see-food , especially if I've not prepared it, cooked it, served it or tidied up the kitchen!

Please add sea food?

Have to avoid spices and red meat at all costs these days, so it's pretty much chicken and pasta on that list - no room for sausages? I look forward to my pork bangers these days. Our butcher's started up a sage and thyme range that really rocks.

Was it you who has to avoid gluten?

Beef for me, when it's good, tender beef - but I hate the tough chewy stuff, so when in doubt, I opt for chicken or turkey, both of which can be relied upon to be tender.

Rather than a particular foreign food, I have certain particular likes, common foreign foods, though some things I never touch. I hate anything with a strong taste - no curries, nothing highly spiced.

At what sage did you decide that there was no room for sausage?
