It's a particularly special kind of "aware". One that requires accepting concepts such as "white privilege" and, to some minds, black superiority.

Plus it's evolved to mean basically a lefty, so in favour of cross-dressing men going into girls' changing rooms while somewhat ironically supporting islamic beliefs and laws, i.e. that modern weirdo thing that socialism seems to have bizarrely mutated into.
