I need to read his take. A quick scan suggests the angle being explored is malicious falsehood. But it also appears to suggest a complaint was made within the time limits.

Something can be factually wrong without being malicious. The letter was an acknowledgment of that, the insurers won’t payout because presumably Trumpf’s out of time. But maybe this is lawfare,

NOBODY on here has provided any examples any evidence at all to show asylum crisis has affected them at all.

Aveatry has not provided one example of how it has affected him, nor has anybody else……they didn’t even know it “had affected them” until Nigel Farage told “it’s all the fault of asylum seekers”

And if it had been affecting that badly they would’ve been making a big fuss in 2023 when there were over 400 hotels

The timing was pretty key.
